Project Description
This one-year project will gather, review, and refine materials and tools that will assist all 51 state conservation agencies to improve conservation awareness, value, and support by engaging and serving broader constituencies. These materials and tools have been tested in multiple conservation agencies and refined from our experiences working with them. These will be hosted on a public website (Wildlife Management Institute) for anyone to access and use. The materials are customizable to suit the interests, resources, and contexts of any agency (e.g., survey instruments, slide decks with narratives, discussion questions, and planning tools) to help them improve relationships with current and currently underserved constituencies and co-create desired programs and services for them.
