Our VALUES reflect what is important to the Association's staff

We are working towards values that are truly integrated in to the fabric of our organization and lived by its employees.  The behaviors associated with each Value help us to consider how our actions and inaction impact our colleagues, to understand what we expect from each other, to improve collaboration and communications, to take ownership of our work and actions, and to embrace innovation to find new ways to achieving excellence.  In order for the Association to achieve its mission, we need to have strong foundations and culture that is based on our staff core values.
