Association Soliciting Bids for Research Consultant for Conservation Education Programs
                                                                            

Washington, D.C. (July 14, 2006)-The Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (Association) is soliciting bids for a contractor/person to provide a research-based planning guide of best practices  for developing and implementing conservation stewardship training/education programs for its member organizations by enhancing and expanding Chapter 9, Enhancing Aquatic Stewardship Education, "Best Practices Workbook for Boating, Fishing and Aquatic Resources Stewardship Education." to include additional research on best practices in community and placed-based education for a broader audience of conservation education practitioners . The primary goal for the project is to provide a resource for fish and wildlife agencies and partners that will help them achieve excellence in conservation education.

Closing Date

Proposals must be received by the designated contact no later than 6:00 pm on Thursday, Monday August 7, 2006 .
