9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Directors' and Committee Chairs' Retreat 
State and federal agency directors, committee chairs and vice chairs will spend the day discussing issues and the strategic direction of the Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies. Directors new to the Association are asked to attend the morning session from 10:00 a.m. - 12 p.m. for a New Directors' Orientation about the Association. Veteran directors and committee chairs/vice chairs can join for the entire day or step in at lunch for the remainder of the afternoon.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 8:30 a.m., the Texas Parks & Wildlife staff will host a coffee gathering for spouses and guests of conference attendees. Guests will receive info on local attractions and activities and help coordinating departures and itineraries for the day. Daily excursions to local points of interest will be offered. Please fill out your guest's email address so we can communicate in advance of the conference to coordinate activities.
